Zend: Starting a modular project

Hi Jon,

I'm one of your supporter and I want tell you thanks for your job. You have saved me. I am a web developer but I need some help in order to understand little things. For instance:

I need to create a small project open to changes by users. I have already created a small project following your instructions and I created a project with Zend two modules. The first module is called "Admin" and the second module is called "default". I'd like to create a modular design and do not know if I'm following the right path.

The project that I want to achieve is to help all small businesses ISPs to manage their clients, domains, hosting plans, etc.

The source code:

The Backend
585186.jpeg

There have tools that perform this function but are not free (see http://www.whmcs.com/). The idea is to make this small project as open as possible and create a community interested in creating modules to enhance its functionality.

If you are interesting in this project, contact me via email.

Thanks for your video tutorials

Re: Zend: Starting a modular project

Hi Mikunos,

it sounds like a great project! I'm not in a position to be taking on another open source initiative right now, however I think by publishing your code openly you might draw some interest from like-minded developers. I would also encourage you to post on the Zend Framework mailing list.

Good Luck!!
